Do your products contain nuts?

We do not have any nuts/nut products in our kitchen, but we are not considered to be a certified nut-free facility. We do not take measures to ensure that our ingredients are purchased from nut-free environments. Please use your discretion in ordering if allergies are a concern.

Do you offer a pickup or curbside option?

No. At this time, we offer contactless delivery only. We do not operate a retail store, only a small production kitchen.

 

Is there a minimum order requirement?

We currently offer Cakecups in set boxes of 9 (Signature Box) and 3 (Mini Box). Please visit our Products page for more information.

Can I choose my own flavours?

While we encourage you to try all of our flavours in the Signature Box, we do offer customization of our Signature & Mini boxes and can certainly accommodate your requests.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

No. We bake all of our cake from scratch and hand assemble each and every Cakecup we sell - from the cake layers & fillings to the labels on the cups, right down to the stamp on each box.  It costs us the same to make one Cakecup as it does to make one hundred.

How long do the Cakecups last? Do they need to be refrigerated?

Yes, our Cakecups should be refrigerated until they are ready to be consumed.  Some prefer to let them come to room temperature before eating, while others enjoy cold cake.

They remain fresh and delicious for at least 5 days in the fridge or up to one month in the freezer (if unopened).  All boxes come with storing and thawing instructions.
